At Gingerbread House, we are fortunate to have two wonderful and caring teachers for each of our classes. Together, they make a strong teaching team. Our Teachers Carole Pothiboon Carole is our Co-Supervisor Teacher. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education from Quebec and has been in the field for five years. During that time, she has been a daycare educator, daycare director, preschool teacher, and a preschool owner. Carole loves reading, scrapbooking, going for walks, travelling, and being with her family. Her enthusiasm for creating a special world for children and watching them grow is her passion. Carole is married with two teenage daughters. Lisa Anderson Lisa is our Co-Supervisor teacher. She has been part of Gingerbread House for many years - as an aunt, then a mother, and now as a teacher. She brings many years of experience in Early Childhood Education, and is very engaging with our children. Lisa is married, and has two young Gingerbread alumni.
